This past Saturday we participated in the fourth annual Shelburne Health and Wellness Expo. This is our fourth year in attendance and despite the rather large (and ominous) snow storm that happened on Saturday, we still had a healthy turn out. We had fun chatting with expo attendees about our great taekwondo school and had even more fun showing off skills in our demo! Patterns were bravely shown and kicks proudly demonstrated. We are proud of all of our students who took the time to come out and help represent just a few of the school values including, but not limited to: hard work, commitment, dedication and pride of the great sport.
